I am using the standard version for 2 years and now I am trying the gaiter version too. Overall Keb trousers are very robust, versatile and flexible. They worked perfectly for me for serious hikes and multiday treks in autumn, winter and spring seasons (mediterranean weather). They combine comfort of strech materials with robustness of G-1000 where needed, and good ventilation options. The trousers are of course very pricey and similar features can be found in more budget friendly offers.
In conclusion, great quality and usability but at a price premium that is not really justifiable in my opinion.
