Once your order is on its way it will get to you via the shortest possible way, without any hassle for you! That means: Our logistics team will process your order lightning fast. And all this will happen at a fair price with no hidden extra costs!

It can take longer to ship orders containing special items (e.g. tents, mountaineering backpacks, crash pads, walking sticks, sleeping bags, electronics and liquids) because these products are stored separately and manually packed.

Transport damage

Please check your shipment for completeness and transport damage immediately upon receipt and refuse to accept it if there is visible damage. 

If this is not possible, please photograph the damage and keep the box for the time being. Please contact our team immediately at contact or +49 7121/70 12 0. The damage must be documented as soon as possible so that your right to claim a refund doesn't expire. 

Failure to file a claim or contact us will not affect your statutory warranty rights. However, doing so allows us to file our own claims against the carrier provider or transport insurance.
