You will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing a tracking number as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. You can use this to track the progress of your delivery.

You can also check the current status of your shipment in your order history if you have previously set up an account with us.

We grant you a voluntary return period of 100 days after receipt of the goods. Be careful not to remove attached labels or dirty the item.
Unfortunately we do not offer a return for exchange service. Simply, return the item to us for a refund and place a new order for the item you want via the online shop.

You can download and print your own Bergfreunde return label on our website. The shipment costs listed on our returns page are settled with your credit note.

You will receive a confirmation email and your return will be refunded as soon as we have received and processed your return (usually within 7-10 days from the day we receive your returned items). For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used when placing your order.
