How warm is this jacket?

Hey there looking for a jacket to take with me to iceland to battle the wet weather and cold winds! Then to toronto, canada in January in the middle of winter where it gets as low as -20 C. How well do you think this jacket will hold up in those weathers? Will it keep me warm and dry ?
