Great for mountains

I have ran and walked about 150 miles in these so far. Initially I got blisters on the inside of my heels after a 24 mile hike/run. I wore them for the National 3 peaks and they out performed my expectations especially on the long, hard, steep descents while running back down the mountains. The grip is great in both the wet and dry. The cushion and instep is minimal and it didnt take long to get used to them.
