If you enjoy mountain sports or hill walking and are looking to keep weight to a minimum, then you can opt for an extremely compact and ultra-light outdoor stove. If you’re going camping with your car, then we would recommend getting a more durable camping stove.

The right fuel for your camping stove can be hard to find

You may have noticed that it can be hard to find the right cartridges for your gas stove. As a result, you should buy a stove that’s compatible with different fuel types. You should always inform yourself beforehand whether the fuel you need for your camping stove is available in the country you’re travelling to.
Gas stoves are the best choice when you want something that’s easy to carry and handle, but if you want something more flexible, then multifuel stoves are the way to go because they can burn petroleum, paraffin and diesel.
