I would not purchase again

The locking screws on the clamps keep loosening.I have found them extremely dangerous to use as they can collapse without notice.

Is 520g the combined weight of 2 poles.

I wish to know if these poles are easily foldable and lightweight and also if suitable for 5 ft one inch woman. Thank you

Hi yep that's the combined weight. The poles are adjustable so should work fine for you :-)
