In order to climb, you really need to knuckle down. With the KletterRetter PowerFingers Set, you'll be able to do just that. This set will help you to train your forearms, wrists and fingers! It consists of five elastic training rings, each of which has a different resistance level. Depending on the intensity you'd like to train at, you can use one or multiple rings at the same time. These rings are so versatile that you can use them to warm up, for a short strength training session during the day or for rehabilitation. This system allows for up to 125 combinations. The rings train extensor muscles in particular and balance out antagonist muscles. Plus, the training rings can also help with typical problems climbers have, such as climber's elbow.
