I woul dwfinitly buy dis shoes again.

The only disadvantage is fast wearing down.

Too soft for rockie trails

I ran with my Speedgoat 5 on various terrains: Asfalt, gravel, Grass, forest and rocky.
Due to soft, extra cushioned sole they are excelent for asfalt, concrete and other hard surfaces.
But these performance decreases their stability and grip on wet forest trails covered with mud, on wet tree roots and even more on rocks

One of the best trail running shoes.

I am using shoes only few days, but I am very positive suprised.

Best trail shoe ever had!

I use this shoe for my trail sessions every week.
Although it is a highly cushion shoe, it performs amazingly well on every terrain I used (grass, mud, sand, dirt roads, tarmac). Lastly, the grip even downhill gives a very secure feeling.
I wish it could last for ever!

Hi Tanya, This is very much a trail running shoe but could well be used in the mountains if the trail is good and you're happy to have less support than a boot can offer.
