Products parts missing

Bought this backpack and it came with the detachable hip pockets missing!! Only solution offered from this shop? 10€ discount on my purchase !! A 380€ backpack was sold with missing parts !!!

So I did !! They refused to send the missing pockets - said they don’t have the pockets and offered 10% discount on a 380€ backpack. This extremely important feature is not worth 30€!!!!! Horrible service, will never buy any gesr from you again
