This is what customers from around the world say:
I have ordered these shoes in size recommended by Xero, that is UK7.5. In both occasions I have received UK6.5.
When speaking to alpine trek agent, she said their system makes conversions and that they will take care the next time. She said to order UK8.5 with the UK7.5 just in case, which I didn't because it's too much money and the whole hassle about again returning another item...but also, I trusted them that the right size shoes will arrive this time.
I believe that the very same shoes arrived the second time. So I tried to get in touch in multiple occasions and I haven't heard back for over a MONTH. I'm still waiting for my refund.
I don't understand why you make and offer UK/US/EU sizing on your international websites if your system automatically chooses its own choice of conversion, and on top of that, nobody checks it prior to shipping? Isn't it easier to pick only one sizing, like EU sizing if your company is based in Europe, and add a sizing chart?
I've wasted over 2 months, and am back at square one, without shoes. Utterly disappointed.
