Women only?

184 cm tall male, would be this uncomfortable to wear since it's designed for women?

Hi Paul, This pack will have a shorter and narower back system than that of a men's pack. Given your height , if you have a regular torso length and are regular in the shoulders this will be a very uncomfortable fit.
