Hi Peter, No manufacture will make any suggestion of a recommended temperature use because of the many variables which affect how we all feel the cold. Safe to say though that for this item it will need to be cold .
So how you define cold... Under 8 degrees Celsius?
"So how you define cold." Yes, that's right and much will also depend on the activity at the time but I would think that for most it would need to well under 8 degrees before you'll need to swap a hat for a balaclava.
