Hi Rafal,

Unfortunately, we do not supply many if any spares and as our buyers will not accept special orders for items that we do not normally supply, we cannot help this time. Sorry.

I can only suggest you contact Uvex as they may well be able to help. My gut feeling is however, that no such part is available.
