No stars really for Alpinetrek customer service

The website lists this as a kit with pre-filter & case. It is only the Steripen. I have asked Alpinetrek to replace with the kit as advertised & they are silent. Hmmm. This was to be a Christmas present & ordered in good time. Hmmm again....

No, I would not recommend this product to a friend
