Half a year in use and already sure this Dutch Oven will be a heirloom. All it needs is a dash of oil and you are good to go. Yoy can use it for a stew, cook a chicken, bake bread or puff pastry in it, keep Glühwein warm in it . You are only limited by your fantasy and of course the dimensions of the article. Ordered the handy accessories as well. No regrets.
