I am looking for a super warm, very gripping glove for ice climbing. In the ideal world I would prefer it to be vegan o_O or at least not leather, but I am not finding it. Is this glove recommended for it?

The Ortovox Women's Tour Pro Cover Glove are very much designed around ski touring and not ideal for ice climbing.
Because of the rope handling when ice climbing I could not recommend a textile glove. The reason being that if there is enough friction , perhaps the rope running quickly through your hands , the material of the gloves will or could melt. Not ideal. A leather palmed glove will be the best option for your needs and perhaps something like those in the following link:
