Hi Catalin , the Silent Spike Pad für Flex- & Speedtip is as you see in the image and is a simple push on fit to the pole tip.
The Silent Spike Pad Walking Multi System is for poles with the LEKI
Nordic Walking Speed Tip or and they come supplied with an extra adaptor to ensure a good fit. See the following link also:
