Not suitable for my low ankle bone

I have no problem with othwr la sportiva models (ultra raptor, crossover gtx), but this model's side is too high for my ankle and rubs against it. So i sent it back. I will try the new prodigio pro though, as reviews say the ankle biy is lower on that one!
