Faulty bag - impossible to open

I bought two of these chairs. One had a faulty zip on the bag so was impossible to open. The other was ok and easy enough to assemble. It was smaller than I expected - however, it was a swivel camping chair which I wanted and it was comfortable.

No, I would not recommend this product to a friend
