I have used these for a couple of seasons now.
I have 2 of the Vlads and combine each one with a 55cm Blue Ice Alpine Runner girth hitched to it with two screwgates on each end of the runner. I also keep another screwgate on the central rigging hole of the Vlad.
Gives me two, nice and compact belay stations which are quickly adjustable for the anchor. I clip my lanyard into one of the rigging holes, attach my belay device guide mode into the screwgate on the middle rigging hole and my partner can clip their lanyard into the third rigging hole when they arrive at the belay.
When we're leading through they will have the second set on their harness for the next belay.
