Poor Design from a great brand
I bought this for a 6 week holiday and it was worn through within 24 hours; a trip from the UK to Spain.
As you drag the bag your stuff settles to the bottom (despite tightening the straps) and so the centre of gravity gets lower and it flips upright for me (180 CMS tall). I had to use a belt to extend the handle but even then it kept flipping up and grinding the base. As a result the end wore out after a total of about 1.5 km of walks. Let's see how good the guarantee is!
