Darn Tough - Mountaineering Micro Crew Heavyweight Full Cushion - Walking socks tested

My partner and I first bought a pair to share and see whether they were worth the extra cost. Since then, we have been fighting over them. We farm in the mountains, where it gets cold, and your socks need to be tough to survive wellington boots and all-day walking.

They are the warmest and most heard-wearing socks we have tried - and we have tried all the other leading brands. They also don't slip or get loose, like most socks that have to survive wellington boots.

We have been waiting for our size to come back in stock. for about a year, but it has been worth the wait. We just bought 4 more pairs to fight over.

I have circulation issues for my feet. They get cold. 1 layer of socks don't work. This one was warmer than Smartwool Classic Mountaineer Maximum Cushion Crew - Walking socks. With Apu Kuntur premium alpaca socks as 2nd layer over the top of these darn tough socks = sooo toasty. I can't believe i didn't get cold feet.
