I would buy this again for camping only
Keeps you insulated from a cold floor (camped in freezing temperatures with this). Don't blow it up to much or to little to find the perfect level of comfort.
The mattress packed up is about the size as a normal sleepingbag, ideal for camping, not for trekking or moving around to often.
