Question from CATALIN

Size and application

Hello,
I'm looking for some goggles for my wife.
She has a narrower face / head circumference 54 cm.
Usage of the googles:
-hiking when it's sunny and snow - goggles are supposed to reflect / protect from the strong light and glare
-hiking in windy conditions
- fishing - goggles are supposed to reflect the glare from the water surface

Thank you!

Hi Catalin,

For hiking in winter, good sunglasses are all that is needed and perhaps with a polarized lens to help with glare and a high VLT to keep out the light. Goggles are however ideal in low light , windy and snowy winter conditions but in that case you need only a Cat 1 lens or so.
Fishing.....again good sunglasses with a polarized lens.
Might be an idea to have a rethink and perhaps have a look at or for sunglasses with a polarized lens at least and or with a photochromic lens.
