Great for side-sleepers - no "dead arm".
Only downside (as with all inflatables) - you have to be careful to not puncture it.

I would recommend you to try some ultra-light sleeping matt to see how loud they are before buying this.

I used it several times, inside the tent as well as straight on the ground. it doesn't inflate very hard, but looks like not so easy to puncture. insulation is also decent, tho, i havent used it in extreme conditions.
