Hi, i want to know is this jacket good enough for the spring and autumn against the rain and wind. I dont want to be overheated. For what temperature is this jacket?

Also I want to know what is the length of the front and the back side of the jacket in cm.

I want to know is this jacket good for the spring and autumn against the wind and the rain in the temperature between 5-20 degrees. I dont want to be overheated.
