Nice training tool

I used it only once but I managed to do a very good workout and it was a lot of fun. It is very easy to install and good to take wherever you want although it is not very light. I certainly recommend it.

What is the depth of each hold/"pocket"? 20mm?

Are all the same depth? Could not find this information in any part of the product description.
