The jacket starts with a heavy-duty, lightweight, pleasantly supple, waterproof, windproof and highly breathable fabric with GORE-TEX technology. The X-Vented zip underarm venting provides ventilation and the pre-shaped sleeve area creates freedom of movement.

The hood comes with a reinforced shield, is helmet-compatible and – like the jacket hem – can be easily adjusted with one hand and even with gloves using a drawstring. Two climbing harness- and backpack-compatible front pockets, a zip sleeve pocket and two inner pockets provide plenty of storage space. A zip-off powder skirt prevents snow, wetness and cold from penetrating into the jacket from below.
