Hello, i have a Lowa Tibet gtx(not superwarm) and I want to wear it for a winter hiking (from -5 till -30 degrees), can I ask you to recommend me how best to wear this model in this temperature regime ?
Hi, I would like to know how can I order or when to expect the model Tibet GTX in size UK 15 in your shop? I would really need the size UK 15 in brown color. Please help.
Hi Ales, Unfortunately, it is not possible to preorder and we can only ask that you set up a stock notification email so we can keep you informed but it will be mid May before new stock is available again.
Can you please contact Lowa and ask them when this UK 15 could be produced and expected for order by you. I got the same answer as you gave me 1 year ago, and would really appreciate if you can contact Lowa on the stock for this exact model in the size 15.
As I said, we have those on order and they are expected early May and should then be available by mid May. That is the current information which we have from Lowa and as there is simply no stock available at this time.
ok, thank you.
When can I expect these exact Lowa Tibet GTX shoes to be available in size UK-14 Regular? Is it possible to order those directly from the factory by you? In the brown color? How much would be shipping to Slovenia.
Hi Ales, we haven't got a confirmed delivery date on those at the moment, my apologies!
Can you check when they would be availible in your shop?

Hi Mary, You should be fine , when hiking, with either a thick sock or a combination of a thin liner sock and a very thick sock for most of the time but for the extreme cold , those boots are not up to the job. They are simply not insulated well enough for -30 degrees. You'll get away with it for a short time if you keep active but after a while you'll begin to notice the cold. Gaiters would be of help and possibly even a gaiter such as the Yeti gaiter from Berghaus for some extra protection from the cold.
thank you for your answer! and if I put on Lowa's winter socks with merino, will I be cold at a temperature of -10?
How warmer is lowa renegade compare to lowa tibet gtx?
It's impossible to say as we all feel the cold differently. What you have had to eat and drink , the weather , your clothing will all have a part to play when it comes how warm you'll be in extreme cold. Keeping active will help and if standing around it will be best to insulate your feet from the ground in some way.
The Renegade is not suitable for Winter hiking and definitely not hunting. It's too light weight and too flexible.
