12.11.2022Really good trousers, but not as rough as I though
These pants are almoast perfect, If you are tall and skinny, these pants are perfect for you!
But after a year of daily use these show some wear:
- back pockets have almoast worn through (I carry my wallet in it)
- belt loop on the back has also worn through
- the front left pocket has torn (only from carrying a phone)
- material show signs of use above the zippers
Now I understand that some wear and tear is normal, but Fjallraven likes to say their products are really tough, and I wanted to express that if toughness is something you need in pants, go with Vidda Pros.

- Disadvantages

15.12.2023Decent trousers, but overpriced
Material is thin, durability seems questionable. Not very suitable for colder weather. There is no stretch at all, so need to measure carefully what length to shorten pants (measure when standing and sitting). Dark navy color material attracts a lot of dust and stained easily.
- Advantages

- Disadvantages
- Badly cut

I wonder whether there is a smallpocket for the smartphone inside the cargo pocket on the right side? I have two of those pants: one bought in this store and the other bought in Canada. Canadian pants don’t have this pocket and the fabric is thicker as well (maybe this is the difference between EU and NA styles).
Hi Mykola,
yes, these trousers have a small pocket on the side. You can see it on the 6th picture.
Kind regards

Good trousers , with unfinished ends , about time. I wish they would do it to all the trousers. Very hard wearing . I have waxed them but didn’t work that well, but might over time. Wind protection was good and I seemed plenty warm enough. I bought a second pair just in case they stop making unfinished ends . I’m 6ft 7”

I've just come back from 2 weeks trekking in Bhutan and these pants delivered! Very comfortable when either hiking or just lying about. I was walking through thick brambles, sitting on coarse ground, scampering over rocks and standing in zero degrees at night. These pants were awesome throughout, and after all that they look as good as new. Will be buying more stuff from FJÄLLRÄVEN. Highly Recommended!
