I bought this pack in November 2019. I loved it and was very happy with the design however not as sturdy as they look. The stitching where the straps meet at the top started to come undone within only about 5-10 days of using it. I wrote direct to Ucon acrobatics about it. They told me that it wasn't a problem and it wouldn't come undone further, although I see that it is. They offered a 20% refund for the trouble and faulty merchandise, but have yet to receive it now, after 3 months of the complaint. A real shame as I liked the design and concept but for the price you pay you expect it to last more than 2 weeks.
