This product is very comfortable but it is suitable for walking. Not so good for hiking in the mountains because your head swets too much.

This product is very comfortable but it is suitable for walking. Not so good for hiking in the mountains because your head swets too much.
I am using the hat for about 2 years when I am fishing in those hot days of summer. Very light, breathable, it protects my head very well from the sun.
Ideal for long sea or lake kayak trips in sunny days.
Would like to know how long is the brim. Is it the usual 8 to 10 cm that leave half the face in the sun? Ty
