I had this beanie for couple of years now. First I unconciously avoided wearing it, since it was a bit too small for my head (which I consider normal size). Then for the past two seasons started to wear it again, for one single reason - it is toasty warm! Also fits great under a helmet, good to wear with over-ear protection, so very versatile. I guess after all it has to be a bit snug to enable all the above convenience in the othen hand.
Light, comfortable, adheres well to my head without being too tight, partly windproof, pleasant touch material, dries quickly but sufficently warm even if wet. Simple, effective design and excellent Goretex Infinium. Makes a nice present to friends.
