Hi,
I have my AKU trekker pro GTX walking boots, size 47,5, and Im having a heel lift (my heel goes up and down) while Im walking.
I have already tried with sock liners+socks (maybe I can try with litlle thicker socks) but there is a still a litlle bit of a heel lift. CAn these insoles help?

Hi Nikola,
Unfortunately, as we cannot see what is exactly the cause of the heel lift it's impossible to say if these will help without trying.
I would however, think it likely that they will help because of that very generous heel cup.
The thing is , it could well be that those boots are simply not a good fit for you, they may not be tightened well enough etc etc
You may also wish to try a tongue depressor. Not an item which we have available but these can help force the heel into the back of the boot.
