In addition, the revised 3F system (developed and tested by Salewa in the Dolomites) encloses the ankle area and the outside of your foot to promote flexibility while maintaining stability. Plus, the raised heel area ensures excellent heel cushioning, which is particularly noticeable on long tours. Meanwhile, the Gravity rand protects your feet from rock and scree.

Vibram Megagrip sole brings the best possible traction on any terrain

Underfoot, the agile Vibram All-Terrain Megagrip outsole ensures high precision when scrambling over rough terrain as well as secure traction in any terrain - in both wet and dry weather conditions.

Last but not least, the Wildfire NXT are also equipped with a C.F.F. (Custom Fit Footbed) Pro footbed, which provides even better support for the arch of your foot. Combined with a weight of only 345 g per shoe, they offer an unbeatable compromise between comfort, lightness and durability.
