Lightweight - Yes.
Waterproof - Questionable.
Comfortable - Questionable - yes in dry conditions.
The problem with this boot is that although the length and width of the boot increases with size designation, the quarter does not increase in size proportionally. This results in a boot which fits a size 45/UK10.5 foot but a size 42/UK8 ankle and shin meaning that the throat is too wide and the Uppers do not overlap the tongue. This is problem is extenuated for those with a high instep.
Regardless of the quality of materials, the boot has no hope of remaining water tight when there is a gap between the uppers and the tongue.
This is unfortunate as otherwise this is a very good piece of kit which can be tuned to fit exteremely well.
