There is a slight stretch in the cap, but it is hard for me to say for sure if the 58 is not too tight for you. I would recommend to order them both to see which fits your preference best. In your situation I would go for a 60, but I don't like it when my hats are too tight, but I cannot speak for you.
The size is solid and cannot be adjusted I am afraid.
