Really comfortable performance shoes
My previous shoes was la sportiva miura vs size 44.5. Street size 46. And it was little painfull to wear them. Ozone is size 46 and they are perfect fit.

Size 37.5 is just 200 mm. long !
According to the size table these shoes are supposed to be 23.5 cm. long. They are less than 20, measured from the outside! Bergfreunde told me, that I'm just a beginner and I don't understand. For comparison I apply a pic of my other pair with the same size.
What do you think about that?

Well Bergfreunde is right here. You see, different brands have different sizing systems and buying climbing shoes is not as simple as buying a pair of sneakers. Judging by the fact that it's your second pair of climbing shoes and that your other pair is clearly a beginner's shoe, you indeed are a beginner and might not yet understand how sizing in climbing world works.
But let me help here!
For example Ocun is usually true to size, which means that if you order the same size as your street shoes are, you should be satisfied (given that you purchase a shoe that corresponds well with how advanced of a climber you are). But La Sportiva for example is a brand where you most often have to order shoes form 1.5 to 3 (or even more) sizes smaller than your street shoes to achieve the same fit.
Also Ocun Ozone is a shoe for intermediate and advanced climbers, it has highly asymmetrical last and is aggresively downturned, these two things are what you should avoid at the beginning at your climbing journey as they won't really be benefitial to you.
And no, according to the size table this shoes are NOT supposed to be 23.5mm, you read it wrong but at the same time it might be a little misleading. It's the size/length of your feet.
Proper way of reading the size chart that you had provided is like this:
1. I wear street shoes size X and my feet are around YYYmm long (compare length with the chart).
2. Therefore I should achieve regular (intended) shoe fit by purchasing Ocun Ozone size X.
3. But I am a beginner climber and for a beginner climber Ocun suggests to size a whole size up. | Or I am an advanced climber, used to tight shoes and I want advanced fit, so I downsize half a size as Ocun suggests.
4. I order size X+1 or X-½
Climbing shoes, especially those for intermediate and advanced climbers, are intended to be tight and even for your toes to be scrunched (heavily sometimes).
Personally I have four pairs of Ocun Ozone shoes as they fit my feet very well. I wear street shoe size 39, my feet are around 250mm long and my Ocuns are 2x size 39 and 2x size 38.5.
My 38.5 (brand new) Ozones are 21.5cm when measured on the outside, while my 39 Ozones are 22ish cm (lightly used) and 23cm (heavily used and resoled).
I hope it helps a little to get your head around very convoluted topic of climbing shoe sizing.

No matter how much you discount the shoes, if they are ordered online, they will always be returned. No person with a foot above size 34 (city shoes) will be able to put them on. I would be grateful if you could ask a colleague who wears city shoes 36 to put them on, cause you are not even trying to understand me.
I am not a Bergfreunde employee, just a fellow climber that particularly likes Ocun Ozone shoes.
This shoes are (were?) heavily discounted as it's an older model (released in 2019 if I remember correctly) that already has its successor.
And when it comes to putting this type of shoes on, I personally use a plastic bag over my feet and it's still not an easy task to put them on sometimes.
I put a plastic bag over my whole foot and I slot my foot into a shoe halfway, then I grab front of the shoe with my hand and wiggle it so that my toes fill the toebox of the shoe fully. Next, I place my foot with shoe halfway on it on the ground, I grab on the tabs at the back of the shoe and with one swift motion I pull the shoe over my heel.
It'll be uncomfortable at best and straight up painful at worst having this type of shoe on for the first time.
But after a week or two of some climbing in them, they'll stretch and accomodate to your feet (just make sure to take them off after each climb). There will be no need to use a plastic bag anymore.
But since it's your first time with advanced climbing shoes you should've upsized as Ocun's chart suggests.
Also be aware that climbing shoes are not made for walking, so walking in assymetrical and heavily downturned shoes will be significantly less comfortable (aka painful) than climbing in them.
And I'm sorry but there's nothing to understand on my part. Ocun's sizing chart is correct and shoe length is correct for the given size.
My right foot is longer than my left (255mm vs 250mm) and I can fit in Ozones size 38.5 which as I stated in my previous post are 215mm long (measured on the outside).
One more thing is that there are different feet shapes and different shoes are made to accomodate them, there is no one shoe fits all. You shouldn't purchase climbing shoes online if you haven't tried them in person beforehand.
