With the Wood Rock Rings II from Metolius, you can improve your climbing skills wherever you are. The compact training device is easy to transport and quick to hang up. Whether you’re at home, on a trip or in the climbing hall, with this mobile training board, you can continue your finger training.

The training board is made of soft, high-quality wood and has three edges of different depths. The edges at the top are 40 mm deep, the one underneath is 20 mm deep and the lowest one is 15 mm deep. Plus, the independent suspension allows your joints to rotate freely to reduce the risk of injury. It’s perfect for ambitious climbers who want to train anywhere.
