Hi Shane,
Rab don't actually offer any measurements other than volume of the drybag.
You've stated the diameter of your sleeping bag which suggests you are folding and rolling the bag before you'd place it in a stuff sack. I'd strongly advise to stop that and simply stuff the sleeping bag into the stuff sack. It's much easier to do and it's much much better for the insulation of your bag.
Best to base your choice here on the volume of your sleeping bag.
