What tips are recommended for use with this pole for use on asphalt? and on gravel?
My glove size is 7 - is this ok for the hand straps supplied on the 110 cm pole.

Hi Rosemary, The trail tip (carbide tip) is ideal for off road and these also include PowerGrip rubber pads for hard surfaces. The supplied strap should be ideal for your hand size.
