I placed my order for these Leki Peak 3 poles. Having placed the order I read several reviews saying that delivery from Alpine Trek was awful and they are bad for replying to emails. As a result I emailed to confirm my delivery options and had a reply the same day. The poles arrived within 7 working days as promised. They are excellent poles as you would expect from Leki. I can only speak from my experience but my dealings with Alpine Trek have been first class. I will definitely be using them again. Price of these poles was great and by far the cheapest I could find online.
