This is what other customers say:
I was looking for a brand that makes proper expedition boots for women but none do so decided to go with La Sportiva, as their models are usually slimmer & fit my feet better.
Even with the original liner, I was using liner socks & thanks to the BOA system I could easily & precisely adjust the fit (without liner socks i still could adjust it but tightening up BOA almost to max). I love BOA system, especially in cold conditions when you don’t need to struggle with laces.
I broke the boots in at home first (with the AC on

How much technical you can go with these compare with the G2 summit. It's quite hard for me to choose between the 2 boots. Koflach was much easier.
Hi Mike,
The differences between the two models aren't actually that significant, but the main distinction lies less in the terrain the shoes are designed for and more in their warmth. The G2 EVO is warmer than the G2 Summit; the former is recommended for altitudes up to 7000 meters.
Best regards,
Marco
I have 2 bouts that I bought on your website, the la sportiva g5 evo and the Sportiva Trango Tech GTX, the first one is still to arrive.
Can you please tell me, in you opinion, which of the two do you recommend for climbing the peak of Mont Blanc?
Hi Mario,
The Trango Tech is very much a fast moving summer alpine boot which will lack the insulation need for Mont Blanc in my opinion. On the other hand the G5 Evo is overkill. The Nepal Evo will be a much better option.
