Hi Kevin, When it comes to the fit of the pack it's more to do with your torso length than height.

Size S/M is suggested for a minimum torso length of 41cm and max 47cm

Size M/L 46cm -52cm.

If you're also of regular build then I'd say size M/L would be the best choice.
