Love this mattress - definitely the most comfortable travel mattress you can find. I am heavier and a side sleeper and find that this is the first camping mat that I can wake up with no aches or pains. However a few things to note: 1) price obviously is very high 2) used it about 5 times now and I still struggle to inflate it without using the included pump which takes quite a while 3) putting it away compact again requires rerolling it a couple times.
Not a backpacking mattress, but if you are in the market for a car camping pad or an extra bed when travelling you would struggle to find more comfortable.
