Protects rope from dirt well. Great for multipitching, great for seacliff climbing, especially for start - rope ready, not splashed by waves and stays above sea level.
As a cons feeding rope to the bag at the top of the pitch is a bit annoying and defenitly takes more time than just make coils, but result is awesome.
I used it with 2 60m doubles 8mm ropes and it did fit perfectly.

Packs up small, very light, and stows away on the harness easily. I've use this for multi-pitch lead-solo, where you want to ensure the rope pays out perfectly, and doesn't get caught. Would be useful for general multi-pitching, especially with hanging belays. Slightly awkward to use and to pack away in its pouch, and probably not big enough for double ropes.
