This is what other customers say:
Hello,
I am interested in the above product. However, one thing I have notice is that it doesn't have the rubber biner for the bottom carabiner so I assume it will be moving. Is this something I should worry about? also can I buy this separately?

Hi Urszula, this is intentional - this carabiner is the one that should be clipped into the bolts or gear placements. It has to pivot in order to stop the quickdraw from being loaded in a strange or unintended way. Do not add a rubber retainer to this end as it may cause your equipment to fail in a fall.
