Hi Dimitris, The right length of an axe depends on a few factors but most go with personal feel or the rough rule of thumb that the spike should rest roughly above the ankle when the axe is held by the head and the arm by the side.
I'd be of the opinion that for someone of 1,75m tall that 57cm would be the best option.
