Temperature range

What's the temperature range it can be used at? Is it really warm, for a cold sleeper woman?

Hi Marek,

Amazonas suggest ,"sleeping zone: ≥ -5° C / 23° F" . Given the weight and the amount of fill I find this very optimistic and this should really be combined with a well insulated sleep matt to come close to that.
